Memories for a lifetime
There is an old saying "when you love what you do you will never work another day in your life" and I truly love what I do.
How could I not? My "work" is to capture the beautiful, fun moments in peoples lives, those times when we feel free to wear our heart on our sleeve, and, share our love and joy. Weddings, portraits, family groups, events - happy times.
And what I do is important. The picture I take today could be the one you will smile at, in 5/10/20 years time, when they leave home for their year of gap travel, the one they refer to when they have their first baby and want to check if the baby looks like their partner or themselves. Or even the one you show at the 80th birthday party to prove you were once hot, hot, hot!!
Because my work is so important, I did and continue to do the technical stuff, like the diploma, the workshops and professional development.
And, because my work is so important, I notice the special moments, the look, the touch, the smile, the tear......
In the bustle that is our busy lives, I capture moments of glamour and romance and fun and create images that will forever record beauty and happiness, extraordinary images everyday.
